Well if I read the add correctly then NO it would not be street legal. It says it does not include a catalytic converter and does not say it is even available with one so it would never meet the EU or USA standards. It is also sold as a RACE exhaust system. But best bet would be to contact them and ask if they produce a street legal unit. Also nowhere does it state the noise level and many countries have noise level limits.
Just my 2 cents worth.

thing to keep in mind, with the remus exhaust you will need to remap the ecu for the bike otherwise you wouldn't see any of those numbers they reporting, the akro numbers are with stock settings. But do agree the remus does look sweet, but I will stick with the akro for my wifes bike

The price is 596 euros, roughly $700 US.
Looking at the chart they provide it seems they include a removable sound insert, so with the insert present you might keep the decibels at a reasonable level but then the "improvements" in power and torque becomes very marginal (+0.7HP and +0.1 Nm) and that would be happening at 9K RPM.

Police are really lenient on loud exhaust. Everything just about has aftermarket exhaust where I'm from bikes, cars and trucks.

They're more concerned with catching speeding cars and people with too much window tint than an overly loud exhaust. Only time it's a problem is when your neighbor calls them in...

Not sure I like the high mounted exhaust and the 1hp increase over the Akrapovic for another $150 doesn't seem worth it. Can't find a video or sound clip of the Remus either.

Feel free to ask me any question regarding about the exhaust. Cheers
