It seems that you have not mounted correctly the bar ends

Well I just followed the assembly instructions. I did ask previously on another forum of the handguards should be mounted inside or outside of the bar end weights. Everyone said outside, which is what I did.

It may look a little different because the ends of these handguards have a ‘cupped’ Shape which fit over the end weights covering the end 1/3rd of them.

Bike looks great!

Thanks

No problem with the handguards touching the screen on full lock. There is about 8 or 9mm clearance both sides, AND I have 32mm bar risers fitted.
I bought the BMW medallions online pack of 10. They are aluminium. Wanted a bit of bling :-)

It was just an impression given by the first picture, the new ones seems fine
I've mounted BMW handguards for S1000XR that are very similar to yours

I've also puig windscreen and I had to modify the windscreen on the left side removing about 1 cm of screen from the border to avoid interference with handguards, no problems with the right side.
Have to say however that I've rotated the handlebar towards the front and added a 3mm riser

How do you cut (for lack of a better word) the screen down to make room for the guards?

Thanks
Dan
