Air Filter

Hi guys,
I have a question. I bought the BMW G310R last year and every month I add something to it. Now I'm searching an Air Filter to improve the performance. I saw that there is the K&N air filter but it is always "out of stock". Do you have guys a suggestion ?
Thx

Welcome aboard,

What colour R did you get?

What have you added so far?

I don't think a K&N filter will improve performance much, although there is some debate about this.

Yeah Hi,
I have the HP color, so white with blue and red stripes.

To this day, I add the Akrapovic full exhaust system (the ECE Approved) withour the Db-Killer, the LED blinkers, a custom brake oil cap and a screen protector on the display. Next month It is possible that I will add Handbar protector

😊😊

I upload some images if you are interested in my bike 😉

I have also made some changes to my GS recently. I have replaced the stock exhaust with akrapovic racing line(carbon fiber) and BMC air filter(stock replacement) in place of stock air filter. I have noticed some good gains and great growling from the bike but I have also noticed some exhaust popping whenever I close the throttle. After all this now i am little concerned about the air fuel mixture. Have noticed anything similar with your setup.

Ps - I have heard many people saying that the O2 sensor would self correct and take care of it.

Look. It's a 300cc motorcycle. There's nothing you can do to improve performance. It would be easier to learn how to rider better than your peers. Sorry for burst your bubbles.

That is a fallacy that many people buy into. Talk to anyone with actual knowledge of how engines work and they will tell you it won't.
