I am running the anakee wilds. They have been great so far especially on road which was surprising. The key is to keep the air down a couple pounds below the recommded pressure for me. They are stable at speed but the front likes to wander a bit like any knoby.

I want to run the stock sizes but glad that the tires are ok for you
It looks great on the bike to more aggressive look
I think about the rims to paint it silver

They are the stock size. If the rim will accommodate it next time I would go with a 140 rear. I honestly don't think the bike needs a 150...

jenny x (from rally raid) said that it should be ok (if you check the Moab thread) but i am not sure whether this is the smart thing to do. i was also considering to put smaller tires front and rear, but i decided to keep the stock size. i will try to gather more information to help me decide, anyone tire savvy out there?

I generally run Michelin tyres on my bikes, so knowing the Anakee Wild will fit the G310GS is a big bonus.
