Rider Sag and Spring Rate - Tractive Shock

Since the OEM shock was so soft, I feel more harshness with Tractive shock, level 1, when riding on bad roads. The bike feels much more stable, especially when cornering. But I am wondering if I ordered too high spring rate (130) for my weight. I checked the rider sag again with minimum preload, and it shows 70mm, a bit more than commonly suggested 1/3.

actually, as I measured the rider sag, taking fully vertical measurement, it is only 55mm with minimum preload. so I guess, I did order too hard spring. I might need to change it.
