Sounds Like KTM Duke?

Kinda sounds like a slightly mellower version of the Duke 390?

They do sound quite similar. less so with the revs, but with the note and the start-up sound, I totally agree.

I can't really tell...Maybe it's because the mic is closer to the Duke 390 but it sounds better.

Indeed it sounds similar to the KTM, not a bad thing. Those that find it to be a problem can always change to a different exhaust to make it sound different, at least then it help to set the G 310 more apart from the duke 390 in sound.

Indeed, that's more important, plus sound is something we can always change, but sounding good enough from the factory would be nice, just not absolutely necessary.
