Welcome Barbara. Most of us are quite nice people. As to to your English skills, I'm sure you'll do fine, most of us are pretty lousy in German. Nice to see you got yourself the fastest color, like mine ;-)
Hello Barbara from Germany,
Welcome to this G310 forum.
Hope you will enjoy all our threads on the 310.
Hope you can register this bike soon because it’s fun to ride this beemer.
From what part(bundesland) of germany are you from?
I will put that in our thread “were are you from”
About language skills and BMW Motorcycle Clubs. The magazine for members of the Swedish BMW Motorcycle club is named Bumsen ;-) https://www.bmwklubben.se/bumsen
The company BMW tried to make us change the name in the early years of the club. As we persisted, they gave up.
The world is full of words that mean something in one language and something completely different in an other, sometimes something really bad :wink2:
In Finish language "puolisosi" means your husband, in Russian it's a vacuum cleaner. I have a good fried who's name is Seppo, in Finnish it's means (black-)smith, in an arabic dialect in Tunis, it's a vulgar name for the male organ for reproduction. In Sweden they like to take a "fika", in Italy it's a vulgar name for the female organ for reproduction. A common nickname inSweden for a boy named Per, Pär or Pierre is Pelle, in finland that means a clown. In German a Sonder Preisknüll is a very good offer, in Sweden it's also a very good offer, for a very good intercourse. I could go on for a long time like this, but I don't think this is the right organ (pun intended) for that :wink2:
Ps. I live in an emancipated society where women and men are equal and don't need to be protected from each other. By the way, ladys do it too, if they didn't, there would be no babies.
I see that you have a very good command of the relevant vocabulary.
But, this is a bike forum, not a website for over 18.
Hit dog barks!
