Possible G310R Tires

Found a spied picture of the g310r with Michelin tires. Could this be an option when the configuration page opens?

Hmm... I wouldn't doubt it. If it's been spied testing on them, I'm pretty sure they'll end up being used or at least an option when it comes out.

I think when the g310r does come out, we'll only get the standard set of tires and there won't be any other options from BMW. I was looking at at another of their roadsters and it doesn't have and tire options. That wheel you see may be what we're getting.

How much more would you be willing to pay for better optional tires?

Hi All,
I am plan to buy G310R next month, and interested to replace front tires with Batlax Bridgestone 120/70 R17 (standard front tires is 110/70 R17).

Is it possible? Thanks...

I think you should be good. I'm no expert but it sounds like a slight enough difference.

Why do you want to change tires right away?

I thought Michelin announced they had developed a tire with BMW for the g 310 r.
I guessed I assumed that's what would come stock.

Just thought I'd share a bit of new info I found regarding tire size in relation to the rim. I guess you can shoehorn a tire that doesn't fit right onto the rim, but there are consequences for it that I didn't really take into account.
