Rear diskbrake

Hi everyone i am from greece and i have a problem with my rear diskbrake. It is bend
and at slow speeds its like you press and leave the brake. The dealer claims that this hapened because the disk pad was hitted by something. I believe its a problem of manufacturing. Does anyone else have such a problem?

Have not had this problem but the dealer's explanation is very far-fetched (unlikely) as it would take a very significant amount of force to bend the disc which is hard to imagine, also considering where on the bike it is located.

A disk can bend if you use the rear brake for a long time (downhill, all the time)
The pads and disk get very hot.
Once you stop and you still keep the brakepads on the disk, the disk cant loose íts heath and CAN bend.

Check if the pads come off once you don't use the rearbrake or let you dealer do it (guarantee)
