Yet again, it's Matt that lets us know.

Do these new pieces solve the Cold Start Issue?
Or the problems are not related?

And, eventually, how can we have our old Stator changed with the new one under warranty?

No, they are not directly related. Indirectly they might be slightly related. The fix is refering to a charging issue. If you can't get your battery charged, you can't get your engine started in any weather, cold or hot ;-)

By letting it break while still under warranty. However, I do not know any method of intentionally breaking the stator without voidind the warranty

Well then, no solution for my poor non-starting bike. After some time it simply dies, no matter what bmw does. Change of battery and it starts again. And so it goes on on cycles...

Warranty will end next month, so next time this will happen I’ll be out of it.
What should I do? Every time I service my bike, they try with something new, but can’t get to a definitive solution.

Move one step up on the distribution ladder. Contact the guys above your service workshop. Be prepared to show your service history and that the problem hasn't been solved in spite of many tries. That's what I would do.

This is why it's important to save all invoices and receipts from services. I scan mine and save on a cloud service accessible from anywhere.
