Ballooning jacket

So I have a mesh jacket that balloons at high speed and creates some serious drag. Suggestions on a jacket/material that will not balloon? Bear in mind that it gets very hot here.
Or perhaps someone can suggest some ways to reduce the ballooning? Just to let you know that I had removed the jacket lining in order to remain cool. Does the lining help with the ballooning? Will a form fitting leather motorcycle jacket be too hot? Or do they breathe? Thanks a bunch guys & have a safe day on the roads !

I prefer wearing leather but it does not breathe. Maybe get a tighter fitting jacket?

Second the tighter fitting one because it shouldn't balloon unless it's loose and wind can easily get in from the openings.

I've used a variety of different mesh jackets over the years without any balooning. I currently use a Fieldsheer.

Is it possible that the jacket is not venting out the back?

Thanks guys!
I ended up getting a Sedici Diego Hybrid jacket. Leather/mesh. Formfitting with zero bagginess. Wore it today in town, but wont be able to really see if it fixes the balloon issue until Saturday when I ride back to Sacramento from San Francisco on the interstate. Will keep you posted.
