Put on the Remus system this thing sounds MEAN! Install abs easy and fit and finish is fantastic. Bike runs great with no back firing. The high mount look in my opinion gives it a much sportier look than stock or even the Akrapovic.

Thanks
Bike seems to run smoother. With the BMC air filter and Remus exhaust upshifting and downshifting just seem better. Almost as if the bike was being restricted when it was stock. Currently have the baffle in as I dont want to upset my neighbors too much as I leave for work at 4:30AM. LOL
Installation took 20 minutes. Everything fit perfect. The weight difference from stock is unbelievable!
Patrick at Remus USA was extremely helpful getting me all the info on the pipe.
They are one of the forum vendors and anyone interested I suggest you contact him.

Looks pretty cool B1011r. Question though - how much does that exhaust interfere with anything you might want to mount, tailbags that hang off from the side, potential rack mounts etc? It does look severely limiting albeit only from a practical point of view.

Long distance isn't what I had in my when i bought this bike. I ride it to work (30 miles each way) and take it our to rip around on for a couple hours on the weekend. You definitely lose the sidebag option.. I use a large motorcycle specific backpack when I ride. My personal opinion is if you have more gear than can fit in a backpack and tailbag/topcase you are on the wrong bike. This bike is low powered as is an weighing I dont with more gear makes it pointless and not enjoyable to ride.

The pipe gives the mid RPM range a bit more pop. Much more of an enjoyable ride when riding aggressively.

Just took the DB killer out. Riding around with a huge ear to ear grin on my face. Again practicality is out the window with this bike. Its loud. It easily wheelies now. I pull up and people say wait thats a BMW?
