Current makes loud noise when hitting the stretcher

hello .. sorry for the bad translation (google translator, brazil here). you have detected that the current makes a very loud and dry noise when it hits the stretcher ... the scale is large and it is inevitable that this happens ... in Asia already detected this (even has a recall if I am not mistaken) to change the roller for a softer, would like to know what they think.?

obs : is adjusted according to manual

So you're experiencing loud noises from the chain roller when the chain hits it? What are you riding, R or GS? how much chain slack have you got? 4.5cm, 5.5cm?
