1. When start driving when cold (20 degrees C) when opening the throttle, the bike stalls/cut out. Had it for a service and the dealer said it is normal for cold engine. Bike must warm up first??? Can this be true? Can't start and wait to reach 40degrees first before driving?

2. When checking the oil level after about two weeks from the service, I noticed that the oil level is above the red circle. The oil seems very thin and a smell of petrol is noticeable. When changing oil, do the dealer not check the quantity of oil drained or pick up a smell of petrol?

Any suggestions? The bike have 6000Km on the clock - G310GS.

Thanks to all.
Regards.

Are you looking at the oil window with the bike on the side stand or sitting straight up?
Sitting straight up as well placing the bike on the centre stand.

I've drawn off about 120ml of oil to get it on the max line.

Took it to the dealer again. They said the smell is normal. I must just monitor the oil level...
As for the stalling... they did a firmware update... Little improvement but nothing much.
