So I've had my 310 ten days, and eight of those it has been raining... it's worse than that too, only 3 "non rain" days out of the last 34... yep, winter in NZ is wet.
So today it has fined up for the afternoon (rained earlier), and I decided to give the bike it's first clean, and actually applied some carnauba wax to the tank, side panels etc afterwards.
Have to say it is quite an easy bike to clean, I've racked up 650 km, and obviously there is road grime - but I'm impressed to see how little filth there was around the rear shock and swing arm. No problem even if there was as there is ample room to get your hand in and wash around with either a brush or cloth.
So now I have a dilemma - the bike is gleaming, begging for me to take it for a spin, but there are some pesky showers about... oh what to do?
