A bigger engine means more torque, so more stress on the gearbox and a need for better brakes.
All these mods are neither obvious nor free ...
And I'm not talking about all the "little" things aside (various adapters, injection and exhaust settings, etc.)
If it is possible to increase the diameter of the cylinder, this is a better way to achieve what you want, even if the above safety concerns persist.
