I am going to take my exhaust shields off. So that spray AFC50 on the inside to protect .
Does anyone know the torque setting of the 5mm Hex nuts that hold them please.

No .. but I did the same
They are not at all tight, and my torque wrench will not go that low.!
Mine are just hand tight using a simple handle.
[Web charts suggest ~ 5nm ]

My Boss (an engineer) has just advised me there are only 3 types of tightness - I just had to share now I have stopped laughing.
Finger tight - hand tight and ****ing tight.

From the info I’ve been able to find online and through RSD - as I’ve not yet taken my own heat shield off - I think it should most likely be an M6 bolt, as they match with a 5 mm hex key, with a likely length of either 8.8, 10.9 or 12.9 mm. The "standard threaded fastener" torque values is thus, according to RSD, likely somewhere between 8 and 13 Nm depending on the exact bolt dimensions. :D

I managed to export the full sheet of "general tightening torques" for the G310 R from RSD 09/2016 to a PDF file, but the file seems to be quite a bit too large to upload directly here, and since I’m unsure of the exact rules of link sharing, I’ve converted it into a JPG, which I’ve attached here, instead. I hope it’s of use to you all. :D
