Hallo everyone,
I bought a 310 GS 3 months ago, i love to ride the bike offroad and on road.
I noticed that my radiator is getting damaged from the rocks that wheel throws so i designed and printed guard.
Here are the pictures

Szép! Nagyon sokáig kapnék egy fémmel - a nagy sziklák / fa nem érdekel az utóbbi esetben a műanyagot.

Yes, looks good.
I also decide to install a guard, and don't like any of the after-market options I've seen. Not to mention how much they cover the rad. I was amazed at how much a mesh/grill reduces airflow over the radiator. Many quite 'open' looking styles hovver around 60% airflow. So, you're losing 40% of your cooling !!!
I'm going the old school route, having just ordered some ally mesh and runners to make one up.
I went with an 80% airflow option, which is a honeycomb style similar to yours.

Beautiful work!

Does anyone know the bolt pattern on this? I might like to design something for those of us with printers.

Nice! I'd get a metal one before too long - big rocks/wood won't care much about the plastic in the way.
While I'm sure you're correct, you might be surprised how tough a printed part can be. It would certainly deflect road debris that could ruin your day otherwise.
