My left fork is leaking. I tried the seal mate. everything was realy clean. I have a 2019 g310gs. can anyone tell me how much fork oil in each side and how much of an air gap in each?

You probably need to replace the seals. They do wear out. Go ahead and do both forks. It's not that hard, at least on the bikes I've done in the past. Haven't had to do it on the 310 yet.
Here's a video from YT. Not in english but the steps are pretty straightforward.

No problemo mi amigo
It's not so simple as a specific amount of oil, section 5 in the attached Rally Raid fork fitting instructions say...

5. Stand fork leg vertically, with fork tube
completely closed and damper rod pushed
down, fill fork with approximately 450 mL of
10W weight fork oil. To help remove the trapped
air from within the fork it is best to move the
damper rod up and down slowly until a firm
resistance is felt both ways. The correct
measurement for the height of the oil is 120 mm
from the top of the outer gold tube, add or
remove oil to give this correct figure for the air
chamber gap.

Hard to tell; I'm not sure what you're picture is trying to show me.
its the top of the cartrage. the damper rod is going through the center. does it unscrew? i am not sure how to get it out.
@billhig2 Is that the bottom end, ie the wheel end? I just looked at that youtube video and they're doing everything from the top end(handle bar end). The spring came out the top end.

It been 18 months since I disassembled my OEM fork and installed Rally Raid's Level 1 Kit, but based on your picture, your fork doesn't look like what I recall mine looking like.

Just to confirm, this is a 2019 G310GS? Did you buy it new or used?

it is a 2019 bmw g310gs. I bought it new.
Sorry, but you've exceeded my knowledge base at this point. If I were you, I'd carefully put everything back together and take it to your dealer. If that's problematic, take just the fork to them.
Would that be the "other" leg ? The one Rally Raid does nothing on....with no damping....I don't remember which it is

Yep, that's his left fork; that's why it looks different...
