Where do you put the bookshelf "BILLY" on the G310GS?

Hey all - just wondered if it’s easy to remove just exhaust pipe to replace with a slip on Yoshimura? Not sure if there is a weld mark where it joins or not - maybe easier to remove directly from motor? As you can see if I have not done before 👍

The yoshimura I bought for mine is a one piece. The cat on the 310 is in the tail piece. I took my off and put the stock one back on. To loud. You can buy a gasket from max bmw online.
