I don't think the rider actually scraped the pegs, but they got real close to doing so. Realistically, most riders won't go into turns that fast so they won't need to pull so hard on the bike to make a turn. If it's a real concern, there are peg end feelers you can install, but I don't see myself needing anything like that in the future.

Still, a cool clip to watch.

Throwing some peg end feelers on there and going for some night rides could make for some cool videos... sparks.. sparks flying !

Unless i'm on mountain roads like that, I wouldn't worry much. Aside from that, doing my regular city commuting I won't be leaning in half as much. But if you do this enough on those mountain roads you'll get a feel for what's enough and build up enough confidence that you know you won't scrape under conditions you're familiar with.

It definitely looks like you need to hit a serious angle to scrape the pegs on these. Where I'll be using this, definitely nothing close to that much lean will be going on. Something I'll still keep in mind though but nothing I'm entirely worried about.

Didn't sound like too much input needed for it either, but I guess it's down to release and overall good know how on how to do it. I'm not skilled to that point yet so I'll be keeping both wheels on the ground lol.
