Max BMW in Troy NY. Mostly awesome experience

After looking at the very few used 310GS's available in the area which were all barely discounted from new, I decided to get a 2023 right off the dealership floor.
No dealer is convenient to me, as I live in VT and every dealership is basically 90 minutes of driving. I picked their Troy, NY location due to the more scenic drive compared to their other locations. My initial questions for Max BMW were answered quickly, completely, and politely with no pressure. The sales staff was quick, efficient, and explained every step as well as being proactive about having everything ready to roll. I had to trailer it home, as weather was awful... but they helped me get it up on the trailer.
No hidden fees, no pressure, no hassles. I've purchased over 100 cars and 5 motorcycles over the course of my life and this was in the top three for simply being easy.
The one complaint is their parts guy. I researched the bag mounts and other things I wanted and asked him to order a set of mounts and all he wanted to do was argue that they didn't exist. I gave him the BMW part numbers and he still wouldn't admit he was wrong- then tell me they suck. He was rude to everyone on the phone, he "mansplained" things in a condescending way to me as if I was a child- not realizing I had done my research and have engineering a law degrees. He attempted to argue about warranty clauses with me, one of the most in-demand warranty compliance expert consultants in New England. He also had no prices on anything and just made them up as I asked- and he was quoting me pricing well above what it should be.
So, if you want a bike- I highly recommend Max BMW. Get your parts elsewhere. Other people in my area love the place as well- and hate the parts guy.
Purchase details: 2023 G310 GS in Dark Kalamata Gold, Rallye package. Paid MSRP, plus destination, TT&L. No hidden or bogus setup fees etc. Also got $250 off for being a veteran.
I would immediately asked to see the manager if I had to deal with a jerk like that.
