2019 g310r w/ less than 2500 miles. It’s a slight rattle only at 6500-7000 rpm in any gear, even neutral. I thought it was my keys but after removing it’s still noticeable. After 7k it goes away, higher rpms don’t make the noise, lower rpms don’t make the noise. Seems to be only in that area does it rattle slightly. I don’t feel like I’m losing power but those rpms are right in the sweet spot so I hear it often upon shifts and it really bothers me. Shop wants 700 for a look and I don’t want to do that if it’s something simple. First time rider so any help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks for reading!

where is the noise coming from.?
Perhaps the dash if you suspected the keys.
The dash headlight area is known to have loose fasteners and cables/wires that flap arround loose inside.
This causes a buzzing / rattle.. [different bikes different rpm]
My own solution was [about 2 years ago] to jam in some foam rubber. that stopped it.
I 've never got round to sorting it properley.! (perhaps I should)
The correct way is to look inside the front dash/light area and ensure all the cables are tied up and all screws/bolts firm.
There are several 'posts' that folk have put their own solutions.
"700" thats a lot of cash to do not a lot - I suspect they are trying to price you away.!

If it's still under warranty, they can't charge you money to find a rattle! Take a video and show it to them and get them to fix it under warranty.
