How to reduce the TRAVEL DISTANCE of REAR BRAKE PEDAL???
I have 4000km on my G310R, but I feel the brakes are too spongy and has a high travel distance, The BMW Service guys here told its normal but i need to fix it.
So anyone Please tell me how to reduce the travel distance of Rear Brake Pedal ???
Please reply ASAP with some pics or video links if possible.

there is a long travel distance [as standard] .
Unlike every bike I've know, BMW have failed to fit any rear brake adjustment.
I , like many others have just added a spacer / pad etc to raise the pedal.
Or just get used to this 'feature'..

There is in fact an adjustment possible: the little pushrod that goes into the master cylinder and is actuated by the pedal, is adjustable in length.
However, in my own case, I found that the sponginess in my rear brake was caused by the caliper piston that was slightly corroded. After I removed the corrosion, refilled with fresh brake fluid, the brake was three times better and all sponginess was gone.

It raises the pedal by 19mm(3/4") so should feel a bit better....
