The part that you're pointing at is Gear set- 12418-566-411
however, in many cases this is the part that fails: Stator&Flywheel combo- 12311-540-516
There are also multiple variations of it, so I suggest reading through the tread above.

Like G man stated. There’s a couple of variants depending on what year unit. Yours appears to have the riveted drive. one is supposed to replace flywheel along with the drive…..ouch.
There are a few workarounds, depending on skill level and pocketbook. Its covered well as suggested above there’s also some good stuff on adventure rider, 310GS thread.
Would have been cool if TVS had included a kick start……..
