I need to buy risers like this one with a rubber bushing, to stop the buzzing feeling on my hands, can you see if you recognize this one and let me know where I can buy it?

Can't help you on the bushings....but the first recommendation usually given is to relax your grip on the handlebar (so called death grip).
As far as I know, the bushings are not a commonly used solution to the buzzing of our bikes.
Also, I find the buzzing worse at around 5-6k RPM that at lower or higher revs.

Check that anything bolted to bars is tight and not vibrating on own. GPS mounts, lever guards etc can vibe you. Rubber mount bars are often too off putting for most but search the Asian sources, there’s bound to be many choices. 7/8” diameter bars. Try and snag a ride on an older, un counter balanced bike. Suddenly your 310 will feel amazingly vibration less.

Those look like Rox Risers...

...however, I believe the bushing is just for making a small diameter bar fit rather than for damping vibrations. That said, they do have anti-vibration versions, but I didn't see one listed for the G310GS in their motorcycle fitment chart.

I second the use of heavy bar end weights as the first thing to try; I did that on my S1000XR. Alternatively, Bark Busters would likely dampen vibes also; I installed those on my 310GS before I even rode it and I've never had a vibration problem.

I'm not sure how much you've ridden before but motorcycles are rough. No motorcycle I have ever ridden, K75, R1100RS, R1150RT, G310GS, none of them have been what an American car driver would think of as smooth. There is engine vibration, wind vibration and buffeting, road vibration, etc. It's part of riding. In my experience, it takes a long time to relax on a bike and I have to remind myself to do just that, often, even after years of riding. I can still adopt a "death grip" when facing a panic stop or other emergency maneuver, even though that's probably the worst thing you can do. A hard grip will do more to numb your hands than any vibration, as will a relaxed riding position with your hands resting on the handlebars and your forarms nearly parallel to the road. Practive and let us know how it goes. Oh, good gloves are a must!

Having ridden bikes for many years I agree, vibration is part of the motorbike experience especially on a single potter. They aren't called "Thumpers" for nothing! A twin (or more) will vibrate less. However, yes the 310 does hammer over 5,500 revs. Get some ear plugs maybe & try to enjoy the experience. I am 80 with a 2nd new 310 R, it's a great small bike. Mike.
